10-Day Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 10 days from delivery date.
• Product must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Customer bears return shipping costs unless the product is damaged/defective/wrong.
• Damaged or incorrect items: We cover return shipping and provide replacement/refund.

Refund Process

Once returned item is received and inspected:

• Refund issued to original payment method via Razorpay.
• Processing time: 5-10 business days (as per Razorpay and bank timelines).
• No refunds for opened/used products (except defects).
